Typical payroll & compliance timeline
- Attendance cycle: 1st to 30th / 31st of every month.
- Attendance verification with client: 1st to 3rd.
- Payroll processing and salary disbursement: 7th to 10th.
- Salary slip sharing with employees: 10th to 15th.
- TIC, ESIC and EPF numbers: typically by 15th to 25th.
For any escalation related to attendance, salary, statutory benefits or deployment, a structured escalation matrix is shared at the time of onboarding along with SPOC details for HR, operations and compliance.
